We’re currently looking for a Weekend Part-Time Bakery Assistant to join our kitchen team and help support the day-to-day production of our doughnuts at our bakery unit.
What We’re Looking For:
While experience in a bakery or kitchen environment is preferred, it’s not essential. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hard-working, and has a great eye for detail. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Decorating our wide selection of doughnuts
- Assisting with general bakery tasks and kitchen prep
- Cleaning and maintaining all kitchen areas to a high standard
- Supporting washing and drying duties
- Following food safety and hygiene regulations
- Helping ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
- And most importantly… LOVING DOUGHNUTS! (Taste testing may be included)
We offer a positive and upbeat work environment, but we also need someone who can multitask and work well under pressure when needed.
Location: Unit 4, The Lawrence Centre, Oaklands Park, RG41 2FE
Job Type: Part-time, Flexible hours, Weekends
Salary: £10.50 – £12.50 per hour

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in the catering or hospitality industry is a bonus, but not essential. We’re really looking for people who are:
Outgoing and confidend
Great at engaging with customers
Comfortable working independently
Reliable and self-motivated
Naturally enthusiastic with a flair for sales
This role is perfect for someone who loves being out and about, enjoys face-to-face interaction, and has a passion for great food and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and running our market/event stalls
- Providing excellent customer service, including handling payments
- Travelling to and from event locations (Must hold full UK driving licence)
- Following all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Working confidently both independently and as part of a team
- And most importantly… LOVING DOUGHNUTS! (Taste testing may be included)

Pay: £10.50 – £12.50 per hour (depending on experience)
